Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking. Customers are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and successful transaction completion.
Cancellations made before driver assignment may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellation charges may apply if the cancellation is made after driver assignment or close to the pickup time. Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed within a reasonable period.
In rare situations, Ankit Cabs may cancel a booking due to vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, weather conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any advance payment received may be refunded or adjusted for future bookings.

While we strive to provide timely service, Ankit Cabs shall not be liable for delays caused by: traffic congestion, road closures, weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, government actions, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Ankit Cabs acts as a transportation service provider and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the particular booking. Customers travel at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that no belongings are left in the vehicle. If any item is found, Ankit Cabs will make reasonable efforts to return it. We do not guarantee recovery of lost items and are not responsible for any loss or damage.
